Stage rig is often limited by the size of the wallet and Lee's is no exception. However some equipment is essential and the following is typical of Lee's usual set up.

Nicknamed 'Rachel', Lee's workhorse axe is the Rickenbacker 350v63 Liverpool model. A reissue of the vintage 1963 classic with single coil toaster pick-ups and a rosewood neck.

Heavily influenced by the sounds of the Beatles, The Byrds, The Bangles, and REM, Lee placed his order with the Rickenbacker factory in California USA for the new guitar, mid-January 2002. The building of Lee's guitar began on 21st January 2002 with a 3 month delivery time. His guitar arrived in England late April and Lee received stock of it on the 4th May 2002. Since that time Rachel has been Lee's main gigging guitar.

Nicknamed 'Candy' after its apple red colour, Lee's newest addition to his guitar arsenal needs no introductions. The Fender Stratocaster Standard with vintage pickups and maple neck is used to perform all those great classic tones that guitarists themselves love.

Vox AD60VT Valvetronix valve combo with onboard modelling of everything from the AC-15, AC-30, AC-30 Top Boost to the Tweed, Fender Hot Rod, Marshall and Boutique Heads. Purchased in 2002.
